We accept cash, credit cards, and mobile payments such as Apple Pay and Google Wallet.

Repair times vary depending on the nature of the issue. Minor repairs can often be completed within the same day, while more complex repairs may take longer. Our team will provide you with an estimated timeline upon assessment of your device.

 We offer a 60-day warranty on electronic repairs for manufacturer defects ONLY. If you encounter any issues related to the repair within this timeframe, we will gladly assess and rectify the matter at no additional cost and best handled if you contact us immediately. However, please note that any subsequent damage caused by mishandling, accidental drops, or any other external factors post-repair is not covered under our warranty. Please refer to our  return and refund policy. 

For accessories purchased from Cell Care Plus, we offer a 14-day window for refunds or exchanges on UNOPENED packages. For OPENED packages, we provide a 7-day window for refunds or exchanges due to manufacturer defects. If you encounter any issues with the product, please contact us immediately to arrange for a return or exchange. Please refer to our  return and refund policy.
