1. Repair Services: We offer a 60-day warranty on electronic repairs for manufacturer defects ONLY. If issues arise within this period, we will assess and resolve them at no extra cost if you contact us immediately. However, our warranty does not cover subsequent damage due to mishandling, accidental drops, water damage, or any other external factors post-repair.
2. Accessories: For accessories purchased from Cell Care Plus, we offer a 14-day window for refunds or exchanges on UNOPENED packages. For OPENED packages, we provide a 7-day window for refunds or exchanges due to manufacturer defects. If you encounter any issues with the product, please contact us immediately to arrange for a return or exchange.
-->Conditions for Refunds/Exchanges:
-Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
-Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all refund or exchange requests.
-In case of exchanges, the replacement product will be of equal or lesser value, and any price differences will be adjusted accordingly.
-Shipping fees for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return/exchange is due to a manufacturer defect.
--> Exceptions: Please note that our refund policy does not cover the following:
-No coverage for damage from misuse, wear and tear, or accidents.
3. Passport Photos: At Cell Care Plus, we prioritize accuracy and compliance with official regulations when providing passport photo services. Please review our policy below:

-If your passport photo is rejected due to our error, we’ll provide a complimentary retake.
-->Conditions for Retake:
-Return the original rejected photo if it’s a physical copy.
-Free retakes are not offered if the issue resulted from incorrect customer instructions.
-If we followed customer instructions correctly and the photo is still rejected, additional retakes will incur a standard fee.
-->Customer Responsibility:
-Ensure you provide clear and accurate instructions. We are not liable for errors due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
4. Top-Up and Prepaid Plans: All sales are FINAL with no returns or refunds.
5. Buzz TV Android Box E2 Plus: For returns or exchanges on Android Box devices, visit our store or contact us directly for assistance.
6. Bell Internet Service: For returns or exchanges on Bell Internet, visit our store or contact us for assistance with any inquiries.
