1. Repair Services: We offer a 90-day warranty on electronic repairs for manufacturer defects, so long as there is NO physical or water damage. If issues arise within this period, we will assess and resolve them at no extra cost if you contact us immediately. However, our warranty does not cover subsequent damage due to mishandling, accidental drops, water damage, or any other external factors post-repair.
2. Accessories: For accessories purchased from Cell Care Plus, we offer a 14-day window for refunds or exchanges on UNOPENED packages. For OPENED packages, we provide a 7-day window for refunds or exchanges due to manufacturer defects. If you encounter any issues with the product, please contact us immediately to arrange for a return or exchange.
